AI and Family History: The 2026 Update

Artificial Intelligence continues to transform the way we research, record, and share our family history. In this third session for GSQ, Andrew Redfern returns with an up-to-the-minute look at how AI is shaping the genealogical landscape in 2026. From new tools and techniques to ethical considerations and real-world case studies, this session will explore the practical implications of AI for family historians. Whether you’re curious, cautious, or already experimenting with AI in your own work, this update will help you stay informed, inspired, and in control as the technology continues to evolve.
Presenter:
Andrew Redfern
