The event will be held at the GSQ Resource Centre, 25 Stackpole Street, Wishart at 10:00 AM
The event will be Hybrid (in person and via Zoom)

Change to BY-LAW 3. MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
GSQ currently has two membership categories – a: Natural person category. b: Organisation category.

Proposed By Law change:

Motion: That the Constitution and By Laws be changed by removing By Law 3 and replacing it with the wording in the document attached below.
Moved: Alistair Henderson Seconded Fleur Creed.

Voting: Members may vote at the meeting or by casting an absentee vote. To cast an absentee vote, a member must provide to the Secretary in writing or by email to the Society address, advice In Favour or Against the above motion, by 3:00 pm on Friday 16th October 2026. A member casting an absentee vote may attend the meeting buy may not vote on the motion.

Attendance: Please confirm your attendance or apology by 5:00 pm on Friday 16th October via email to the Secretary on secretary@gsq.org.au

Nominations:
Our Constitution allows for up to 7 Committee members in addition to the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.

Please consider nominating for a Committee role or a role outside of the Committee as a Convenor or Convenor 2nd in charge.
